The family lived briefly in Logan, Utah and Reno, Nevada and then settled in Las Vegas, where Elijah lived the rest of his life.

Elijah loved his country and his heritage and had both a Tahitian and an American flag in his home. He earned a white belt with three stripes in Gracie Jiu Jitsu, and continued to train each Saturday morning. He was a talented musician playing guitar, drums and singing in a band. He enjoyed building guitars, cooking, and built his own computer. He loved political discourse, photography, soccer, and all kinds of foods.

Elijah peacefully passed away February 27, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. His sudden passing from a cerebral brain aneurysm leaves all of his loved ones heartbroken, yet looking forward with faith.
