Kathaleen Rae (Adkinson) Larsen

Kathaleen Rae "Kathy" Larsen, 70, of Midvale, UT, peacefully passed away on October 7, 2023. She was born on March 13, 1953, in Ottawa, KA, to the late Clifford and Bonnie Adkinson. Kathy will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her 2 brothers, 3 sisters, 3 children, and 5 grandchildren.

Kathy was a devoted wife and mother who celebrated her 50th wedding anniversary with her beloved husband, Coyne, on August 17th. She was a woman of strength and resilience, always putting her family first. Kathy had a passion for gardening and a wanderlust for travel, always seeking new adventures. She possessed an unwavering spirit and a warm heart that brought her loved ones together. Her absence leaves a void that will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A graveside service to honor Kathy's life will be held at the Manila, Utah Cemetery on Friday October 13, at 12:00pm. Services under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
