Margaret Elizabeth Rosch

Margo E Rosch (Jan 1, 1943 - October 22, 2020): Beloved Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Margo was the first baby born in 1943 in Detroit Michigan to Shirley and Robert Hitchcock. She was the eldest of four children (Glenn, David, and Lynn) whom she helped raise after her mother remarried the best father, Murphy Poret.After graduating from high school in San Diego, she met her husband George F Rosch and married on May 10, 1963. Margo was the proud and active mother of four damn good children, Annemarie, Susan, John, and Michael (no jail terms among them). She was involved in everything they were, including 4-H and raising of 11 Guide Dogs for the blind (lots of potty training). In her way she was a quiet feminist by teaching all her children, boys and girls that they could grow up and be whatever they wanted to be. She also taught her children the love of reading.Margo also wanted to thank Sheila, CNA and Paula, RN for helping to take care of her in her final days. She is Nana or Banana to 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. In addition to being willing to take a bullet for her kids, Margo loved country music, monster movies, travel (particularly Hawaii), and Peyton Manning. She loved to cook and has a huge and very well organized recipe collection (Sorry Giada DeLaurentis, you have lost a viewer).Services will be held at a later date.
