Pamela Gay (Hales) Davis

Pamela Gay Davis passed away on November 13, 2023 at her home at the age of 65. Pam was born on November 12, 1958 to Gay Farr Hales and Harley Robert Hales in American Fork, UT. Pam married Kerry on April 21, 1978 in Vernal, UT.

Pam was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She held many callings but loved serving in the Primary most. Pam loved working with children of all ages. She worked at Prime Time 4 Kids for 17 years as a Service Provider and Kindermusik teacher. When she was not at work, Pam could be found riding four wheelers with her husband and friends, camping or fishing, or spending time with her family and grandchildren. Pam was known for being crafty and an amazing homemaker. She and Kerry spent many years attending craft shows with things they had made together. Pam always took time to sing and read stories with her grandchildren. She also loved to garden and could be found elbow deep in dirt in her yard or even in someone else's yard that had a few weeds. Pam had the ability to care for and love each person she met. Pam is so loved by many and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Kerry, her beautiful children Kristy Davis, Justin (Becca) Davis, Joe (Jonette) Davis, Mandy (Tom) Fraser, Holly (Justin) Allred, Adam (Chelsea) Davis, 19 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, her parents, Gay and Harley Hales, and her siblings Carolyn (Jim) Pace, Brent (Darcy) Hales, Suzanne Hales (Audrey Hofeins), and Sally (Cornelle) Atkinson.

She is preceded in death by her aunt Debbie Krebbs, her uncle Steve Hales, and both sets of grandparents Dora and Cliff Hales and Ruth and J. Reed Peterson.

Funeral services for Pam will be held Friday December 1, 2023 at 12Noon at the Vernal 6th Ward LDS Chapel (850 West 100 North). Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday November 30 from 6:00pm ~ 8:00pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home and Friday from 10:45am ~ 11:45am at the church. Interment in the Rockpoint Cemetery under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
