Shandi Spring Horrocks Perry passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 43.
Shandi was born on February 8, 1979, to Sandra Evans Horrocks and Sheldon Horrocks in Vernal, Utah.
Shandi married Gregory Scott Perry on March 13, 1999, in Tridell, Utah. They were sealed in the Vernal Utah Temple on March 13, 2001, as an eternal family.
Shandi enjoyed scrapbooking and had many scrapbook groups around the Uintah Basin where she taught and helped others to scrapbook. She also enjoyed making quilts, especially baby blankets.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served the Lord in many different callings within the church. She loved to serve the Young Women, Primary, and Relief Society. While serving as the Relief Society President she brought love and joy to many members and less-active members of the church and was influential in helping families to prepare to go to the temple.
For the past couple of years Shandi focused some of her love for service toward fixing up her bus that she named Peace and helping others through her God-given gifts. She wrote in a journal that her true purpose was "To teach about Christ, to serve others with my healing energy light, by giving love to those in need."

Shandi recently shared a post that said "I don't want to get to the end of my life and find that I lived just the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well." For all of us who loved Shandi the length of her life wasn't nearly long enough, but no one can dispute that she lived the full width.
