Zola Roberts Obituary

Zola LaVonne Hughes Roberts passed away on October 20, 2020 at the age of 81 after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Zola was born on June 3, 1939 to Margie Ann Hughes and Cloyd Hughes in La Jara, Colorado. Zola married William "Tony" Roberts on February 14, 1959 in Vernal, Utah.Zola enjoyed crafting, cooking, going for long drives and taking vacations to Kansas for family reunions. She also loved her family, husband, two children, five grandchildren and one great grandson. She centered her life around those she loved.Zola is survived by her husband Tony Roberts, daughter Sheryl Slaney (Roberts), son Jim Roberts, grandchildren: Brandon, Ashley, Lindsey, Amanda and Grace; two great grandsons: William and R.J.; three brothers: Dennis, Kerry and Joe; four sisters: Peggy, Cindy, Linda and Ann; she also has several nieces and nephews that loved her gentle and kind ways.She is preceded in death by her brother Sonny, and her parents Margie Ann Prilliman Hughes and father Cloyd Norman Hughes.Presently there are no services scheduled.
