Richard Myers Obituary
Richard E. Myers, age 75, passed away surrounded by his family on April 25, 2019 at his home in Jensen, Utah. Richard was born October 3, 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Erma Birch and Carl W. Myers.
Richard met his Life Companion Carla Day in 1989. They have been together for 30 years.
Richard enjoyed Trap Shooting and Model Trains. He worked for Utah County and Vernal City for many years. Richard served in the Utah National Guard.
Richard is survived by his life companion Carla Day; sisters: Colleene Bridge, Oregon; Nancy (Gordon) Holt, Syracuse, Utah; Debbie Brunisholz, St. George, Utah; and Clayton Day.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Frank Myers; and Wanda Day.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 12Noon in the Jensen Cemetery (5200 South 9000 East Jensen, Utah). A viewing for family and friends will be held Tuesday morning from 10-11am at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 North 800 West).
