Adelaida Olivas Herrera

Adelaida Olivas Herrera age 91, wife of Juvention "Joe" Herrera of Vernal, Utah, passed away September 13th, 2019. Adelaida was born January 15th, 1928 in Los Angeles, California to Solomon Olivas and Inez Chavez Olivas.On May 7th, 1949 Adelaida and Joe were married in Los Angeles, California. Adelaida is One of Jehovah's Witnesses. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Joe Herrera. Children Art Herrera, Suzanne Herrera, and Diana Goodrich. Grandchildren, Beau Rasmussen, Larissa Goodrich, Andee Goodrich, Jessie Goodrich, Jamie Nunley, Gabriel Atwood, Adrien Herrera, Aaron Herrera, Lynette, Robert Herrera, Daniel Herrera, Teena Herrera, and Juven Herrera.She is preceded in death by her parents, and her son Alfred Herrera.Memorial Services will be Friday, October 11th, 2019, at 11:00am at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses Church, 232 East 1500 North in Vernal.
