Allen Shane Carmickle

Allen Shane Carmickle "AKA Fat Head" passed away on April 27, 2021 at the age of 53. Shane was born on July 15, 1967 to Nicky Moya Hatch and Leon Carmickle in Vernal, Utah. Shane enjoyed outdoor activities and loved his children and family. He loved fishing, camping and spending time with his son. Shane is survived by his sister Sheila Smith; brothers Willie Carmickle and Virgil Carmickle; cousins Linda Mayo and Tina Mayo; Children: Ian Carmickle, Breanna Marie Carmickle; nieces and nephews Mary and John Samora, Wendy and Travis White. He is preceded in death by his mother Nicky Moya, father Virgil Carmickle, nephew Curtis Hardinger, cousin Bella Moya, nephew Jayson Carmickle and many aunts and uncles. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 5:00-8:00p.m. at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
