Arlie Susan Phaneuf

Arlie Susan Phaneuf, age 70 of Vernal, Utah, passed away with her family by her side on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. She was born on September 17, 1951 in Fargo, North Dakota to Robert Venstad and Lois (Chase) Fread. Arlie enjoyed gardening, cooking, building puzzles and coloring. She is survived by her 2 sons, James (Donna) Phaneuf, and Brian Phaneuf, 2 granddaughters, Breezy, and Jimi, her mother, Lois Fread, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, 11 nieces and nephews.
