Billy Dee Dyer

Billy "Bill" Dee Dyer Sr. passed away on May 2nd, 2023 at the age of 88 in Denver, Colorado. Bill was born on November 9th 1934 in Hot Springs Garland Arkansas to John Dewell Dyer and Laura Viola Mayhafty. Bill enjoyed Fishing, hunting, camping, visiting businesses in Rangely. He loved to make people laugh and smile. Bill was honored by Rangely High School by dedicating the 1999 Year book for his hard work, dedication to staff and students. Bill Dee Dyer always lending his hand to friends and family. He always looked forward making salsa and Jerky to send to friends and family. He is survived by; Billy Dee Dyer Jr., Debbie Freeman (Darrell), Linda Purvis, Danny Dyer, Lisa Striegel, and Jacqueline Nelson, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A celebration of life for Bill will be held Thursday May 18, 2023 at 6:00pm at the Rangely High School (234 S. Jones Avenue). Services under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
