Brittney Kay Smith, age 35, passed away on July 10, 2018. Brittney was born toAlysonK.Hilemanand Randall L. Hubbard, adopted by A. LarryHilemanin 1995. She attended St.AnnsCatholic School and laterattendedSequin High School, Washington, and Central Community College. She won awards for her art work, photography and floralarrangements. Her passion in life was rescuing animals, helping people in need, and she loved camping, concerts, the ocean,spendingtime with herfurbabiesand her loved ones. Brittney was a born again Christian. Brittney is survived by the love ofher life, her husband Mike Smith, her little brother LoganHileman, her mother Alyson KHileman, her grandmothers JudyVierraand CarolynHileman, great-grandmother Carolyn Duke and other loved family members. She is preceded in death by grandfather KenVierraand great-grandfather Hal Duke. A viewing for family and friends was held Monday, July 16, 2018 from6-8PMat the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from11-1PMatKokopelliPark (161 East 100 North).
