Charles Henry Nuesmeyer Jr.

Charles H. Nuesmeyer passed away on December 11, 2020 at the age of 90. Charlie was born on June 22, 1930 to Kathryn and Charles Nuesmeyer in Granger, Utah. He was the 10th of 11 children and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Charlie married Jean Bromley on June 21, 1950 in Elko, NV. He married Eva Merkley on October 6, 1993, and Carol Diane Case on April 3, 2018. Charlie enjoyed his family, being outdoors, and wrenching on cars. He was an avid reader and story teller. He entertained his family and many others with the stories from his life. Charlie loved life and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by Carol Diane Case Nuesmeyer, Jean Helton (daughter), Chuck (son) and Kathy Nuesmeyer , 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, extended family, and many friends. He is preceded in death by Jean Nuesmeyer, Eva Merkley Nuesmeyer, his parents, and 10 siblings. We are grateful for all those who have taken such great care of Charlie over the past few months. Interment will be in the Valley View Memorial Park in West Valley City, Utah.
