Dale Max Dahms

Dale Max Dahms, age 89 of Vernal, Husband of the late Lois G Dahms, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at his home. Dale was born on March 24, 1936, to Elizabeth and Richard Dahms in Iowa. Dale married Lois L Bird on November 25, 1969, in Elko, Nevada.

Dale enjoyed socializing and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by Leann Dahms, Dustin (Kristin) Dahms, Kerry (Tina) Mayhew and daughter Lisa. His grandchildren Lawson, Issacc, Elijah and Audrey. Sisters Dee Stapleton and Marjorie Blake. Other grandchildren Casey and Kelly Mayhew.

He is proceeded in death by the love of his life Lois Dahms his sister Jeannie Martin, brother Bob Dahms and stepsons Kendall and Bryan Mayhew and Anthony Mayhew.

Graveside services for Dale will be held Friday, March 6th at 2:00pm at the Maeser Fairview Cemetery with Military Honors by the American Legion Post 11 and The Patriot Riders of Utah. Visitation for family and friends will be held that morning from 11:45am ~ 1:45pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
