Dallas Rial Jacobsen

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dallas Rial Jacobsen of Jensen, Utah, who passed away January 6, 2022, at the age of 61 from congestive heart failure. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 14th, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 N 800 W, Vernal, Utah). Burial will be in the Jensen Cemetery. Dallas is preceded in death by his father, Dallas Eugene Jacobsen and mother, Mary Eula Chew Jacobsen Wise. Dallas is survived by his children Jacob Rial Jacobsen, Cody Ivan (Kelsey) Jacobsen, Zachary Rial Jacobsen, and Dayne Terrell Jacobsen, his daughter-in-spirit Michele Lynn Rodriguez, siblings Donna Jean Bailey, Bradley Eugene Jacobsen, Dru Ellen (Jeff) James, and Marilyn (Calvin) Murray, as well as his grand children Rialeigh, Alexis, Ashten, Anika, Shannon, Ayden, Lily, Amber, Joseph and Hope plus many other family and lifetime friends. The family of Dallas would like to thank all the friends, neighbors and medical staff who have helped him the past few months and more. Your love for him and friendship was deeply valued.
