Denese Lynn "Dede" Coo Czapski

Denese Lynn "Dede" Cook Czapski of Chesterfield Township, Michigan passed away on April 17, 2016 from Glioblstoma at the age of 41. She was born April 20, 1974 in Vernal, Utah, where she was raised. She graduated from Uintah High School in 1992. She was a member of the drill team. She married Robert Czapski they had two daughters Makenzie and Sydney Czapski. They later divorced but continued to remain friends. She received her Associate Degree and was also a Licensed Massage Therapist. She is survived by her two daughters Makenzie and Sydney Czapski; Fiance, Larry Boitel; and his children, Blane and Brooke Boitel; Mother and Step Father, Colleen and Jim Guinn; Father, Kem Cook; sisters, Alicia (Tracy) Webster, Selena (Cory) Reeves; two Stepsisters, Julie Taylor and Jessica Lynch; Grandmother Motsie Massey; Grandfather Leo Guinn, Niece, Reagan; Nephews: Karsen, Bransen, Kedric, Kollin, Keston and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.She is preceded in death by several grandparents and a stepbrother. She is loved by many and will be greatly missed. A memorial open house will be held May 7, 2016 at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 North 800 West) from 6-8PM.
