Dixie L. Deans, age 72, passed away on August 19, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. Dixie was born on July 16, 1946 in Albany, CA to Marion Streeter and Lillian Eaton. Dixie married Eddie Deans on June 5, 1964 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dixie enjoyed reading books and collecting comics. Her passion and hobby was riding horses. Her favorite horse was Missouri Fox Trotters. She loved her children and was a great wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents: Marion Streeter (Father), Lillian Eaton (Mother). She is survived by her husband Eddie R. Deans, two sons Eddie R. Deans Jr. Cutter and Leamon R. Deans Lee; and twin brother Danny L. Streeter. A private family viewing will be held Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 11AM at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 North 800 West). Cremation will follow.
