Donald Dean Fedelleck passed away May 7, 2026, at the age of 86. Don was born on August 31, 1939, to Elsie Krieger and Albert George Fedelleck in Sheffield, Iowa.
Don married Nadine Page in May of 1962. During that marriage they had two sons, Neil and Dale. They later divorced.
He later married Ilene Dudley on November 30, 1973. They were married for 48 years, up until her passing on June 14, 2022.
Don enjoyed his farm and ranch in Jensen while building all things for it. He was a master craftsman and neighborhood mechanic.
Don loved packing into the High Uintas with his boys. He had a great love for the outdoors.
After many years of work with Schlumberger, he retired. He didn't stay retired long, as he went to work for the school district driving a bus. He then transferred to the maintenance department. He stayed at this job long enough to pay off his swather.
He was most at home on one of his horses and his blue Ford tractor. To all our knowledge, he was the only farmer in Jensen to wax his tractor.
Don and Ilene enjoyed team penning together for many years.
It never failed that when his boys would come just to visit, he had a long to do list for each of them. The farmer in him allowed him to still cut his hay up until the last little bit of his life. By him doing this, it also meant his sons would have to fix the swather and fences until the next time.
Most recently he was well known through Jensen while roaming around the streets in his side-by-side, with his daily trips to the post office.
Don and Ilene lived a long and good life living on their farm in Jensen, and with that being said, they truly enjoyed the friendship of the small Jensen community.
He is survived by his two sons, Neil Fedelleck (Denise Nash) and Dale (Kathy) Fedelleck; his brother, Bob Fedelleck. He was an adoring and loving grandpa, great- grandpa and uncle.
He was preceded in death by his adoring wife, Ilene; his parents, Elsie and Albert Fedelleck; and his brother, Sam Fedelleck.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 15, 2026 at 11:00AM at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. A visitation for family and friends will be held Friday from 10:00-10:45AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Jensen Cemetery.
