Edward Murray Jacobson

Edward Jacobson, age 80 passed away on June 4, 2025, in Vernal, Utah. He was Born August 17, 1944, to Jake and Jessie Jacobson. Ed was a devoted husband and father. He was a respected Tunnel Superintendent for the majority of his career and later became an Inspector. He took great pride in his work and made many friends as he traveled the United States for his job. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. Ed is survived by his wife: Marsha Jacobson, daughter: Wendy Jacobson, granddaughter: Mikayla Lopez, great-grandchildren: Luke Lopez, Wendy Lopez, Haylee Salazar, and Nathan Broadhead. bonus children: Eric Salazar, Chris Killian and Joseph Salazar. He is preceded in death by his parents: Jake and Jessie Jacobson, brother: Glade Jacobson, Leonard Jacobson, sister: Judy Taylor, and his beloved fur baby: Sassie Girl. A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
