Erma Dean Spencer was a Devoted wife, Loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Great-Great-Grandmother. Fearless caregiver, and Loyal Friend to all who knew her, Erma gained her wings in the Early hours of Friday, June 21, 2024 at Home with her family of natural causes. She was born to Nellie Gertrude Calton and Lester Clarence Voeltz in a small mining town in Dividend, Utah on January 20, 1931. Erma Spent her younger years growing up in Dividend, until her father moved them to Murray, Utah in 1942, She attended High School at both Murray and Granite High Schools. She married Stanley George Spencer on July 28, 1950 and to that union they brought two children into the world, Pamela Ann Spencer and Michael Stanley Spencer. Pam and Mike would later Bless Her With 4 Grandchildren; Tony, Trina, Shane & Scott. Grama is Survived by her son; Michael Stanley Spencer, 4 Grandchildren; Tony Roger Mair (Stephanie), Trina Ann Mair (Brent), Shane Michael Spencer (Ashley), Wesley Scott Spencer (Celeste), and an Honorary Grandson; Randy James Kilgrow, 15 Great-Grandchildren, and 11 Great-Great-Grandchildren. Grama is preceded in death by her Parents; Nellie Gertrude Calton and Lester Clarence Voeltz, Husband; Stanley George Spencer, daughter; Pamela Ann Mair, Great-Great-Granddaughter; Aryan Mikel Mair, Her very best friend in all the world of over 80 years; Merna Hall Parker. Grama Spencer was always the pillar of strength and support to her ENTIRE family. She is and will always be missed for all the rest of our days! The Family would like to express the deepest appreciation for the care provided for Grama by Canyon Home Care and Hospice, She truly Loved and valued her nurse Connie, and Nurses Aid, Shelly. Additionally, The Family would also Like to give Thanks to Jake, Jade, Troy and all the staff at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral home for the kindness, compassion and patience given. They have gone above and beyond for our family during this time. Graveside Services for Erma will be held on June 28, 2024 at 10:00am at Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6600 South Redwood Road.
