Fannie Lee (Ross) Norris-Tillack

Frannie Lee Norris-Tillack, age 85 of Duchesne, Utah, passed away on Friday July 8, 2022. Fannie was born on February 7, 1931 to Velma Ross and Leroy Ross in Madill, Oklahoma. Fannie married E. Russell Tillack on October 31, 2014 in Deadwood, South Dakota. Fannie enjoyed traveling, homemaking, and spending time with her husband. She was one beautiful woman, mother, grandmother and wife.
