Fiao'O Ioane Mamea

Fiao'o was born July 17, 1960, in Lona Fagalo, Samoa, to Pelenise and Tu'u Falaniko. She was 3rd out of 11 children. On April 11, 1980, she married Keli Mamea and together created a beautiful life together. They had seven children and eleven grandchildren. Fiao'o enjoyed spending time with her family, but especially her grandchildren. She loved to cook, play lami, and being surrounded by her family. She was proud to be called one of Jehovah's Witnesses. One of her goals was to be a pioneer, and she was able to pioneer for 4 years. Fiao'o is survived by her children: Keli Jr., Equator(Misiona), Iosua, Anna, Tu'u, and Pelenise; grandchildren: Aejia, Jordan, Jonah, Kymani, Julian, Kingston, Jade, Marissa, Keanu and Karson. Preceded in death by her sister Siotalima, father Pelenise, mother Tu'u, daughter Maimoana, husband Kelly, sister Papataia, sister Ali'itasi and grandson Justin. A Celebration of Life for Fiao'o will be held on Thursday, May 16th at 10a.m. at Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 16th at 1p.m. at the Kingdon Hall of Jehovah's Wittnesses (232 E 150 N, Vernal, Utah).
