Garold Luck passed away on Aug. 26", 2025 at the age of 78 years old.
Garold was born on May 14h, 1947 to Ethel Naomi Barker and Jediah Moroni Luck in Vernal, Utah.
Garold married Nyla Jane Luck on Oct. 18, 1968 in the Salt Lake City Temple.
Garold enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors, a good Bizz, woodworking, camping, cutting firewood, spending time with his grandchildren and family.
He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in various callings throughout the years.
Garold worked for several gas/oil companies including Bowden Oil, Olympus Oil, and Western Petroleum where he drove a tank wagon, managed the warehouse, and delivered propane. He always said, "You need to take care of the farmers, they take care of us".
He is survived his wife Nyla Luck; children: Nikki (Morgan) Batty, Jeanette (Joe) Neil, Chad (Niki) Luck, Bryan (Laurel) Luck, Levi (Kassi) Luck; 29 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren Too many to name them all!).
Garold is preceded in death by his parents Jediah and Ethel Luck; siblings: Arzy, Eva, Tim, Roy, Jerry; daughter Shelly Slaugh; foster daughter Leslie Wissiup; and grandson Daysen Luck.
Services will be held Friday, Aug. 29th, 2025 at 10:00AM at the Glines 1st Ward LDS Chapel (1499 West Hwy 40). A visitation for family and friend will be held Friday morning 9:00-9:50AM at the Church. Services under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
