Greggory Ferguson

It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gregory Boyd Ferguson. Greg was born in Grove City, PA to Sheryl Ferguson and E. Mae Switzer Ferguson. He graduated from Grove City High School.

He was a kind, generous, and hardworking man. He worked his way up from a derrick hand in PA, moving to Utah in 1993 becoming a driller and eventually a safety consultant for DNR Oil, Gas, and Mining.

While in Utah he met and married Whitney Sabey. They were married for 30 years. He became an instant father to six children and later they had one son together. He was an amazing father, grandfather, brother, and son.

Greg is survived by his loving wife Whitney. Children Sheree, David, Crystal, Levi, Haydan (Meagan), Brodie, and Dustin. He was a grandfather to 11 and great grandfather to 1. Along with many nieces and nephews he is also survived by his siblings; Bill Beckstine, Dianne Bevel, Kay Mckinney, Jeffrey Ferguson, Cheryl Gray (David), and Leslie Ferguson.

We want to thank Canyon Home Care & Hospice, Red Rock Medical supplies, Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral home, and especially Meagan Houx for her loving and dedicated care at the end. Greg has requested not to have any Funeral Services or Viewings instead just a celebration of life that will be announced at a later date.
