Hannah Marie Smuin passed away on October 25, 2025 at the age of 5 months. Hannah Marie Smuin was born on May 12, 2025 to Brooke Hannah Jolley and Shane Alex Smuin in Vernal, Utah.
She is survived by her mom (Brooke), dad (Shane), brother (John), and many cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and many friends.
She is proceeded in death by grandma (Jill Swain), grandpa (Robert Jolley), dog (Sugar), grandpa (Slaugh), grandpa (Alex), grandpa (Donald Swain), and many great grandparents.
Funeral services for Hannah will be held Thursday at 12Noon at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home with a visitation from 10:00am ~ 11:45am all at the funeral home. Following the services cremation will take place. Services under the direction of Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
