Helen Ruth Fitzsimmons, age 93 of Tridell, Utah formerly of California, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
Memorial service for Helen will be held Friday, January 2, 2026 at 11:00am at the Grace Baptist Church, 3816 South 2500 East, Vernal, Utah. Arrangements under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
