Irvin Dean Capps

Irvin "Taz" Dean Capps passed away on September 13, 2022 at the age of 49. Taz was born on March 22, 1973 to Juanita Capps and Marvin Capps in Vernal, Utah. Taz married Angie Capps on May 11, 1991 in Vernal, Utah. Irvin enjoyed archery hunting, working on vehicles, knife sharpening and fly fishing. He also enjoyed his job. He always said your job must come first so you can pay for the things your family needs and be able to pay for stuff you can do with your family. He is survived by his sons Dauhson Dean Capps and Donavohn (Kally Browne) Dayce Capps; daughter Abigale Grace Capps; father Marvin T. Capps; brothers: Marvin E. Capps and Ricky Todd Capps. He is preceded in death by his wife Angie Meritzky Capps and his mother Juanita Capps. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 11AM at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Vernal Memorial Park.
