Jason Lee Schultz, of Vernal, Utah, passed away on July 14, 2024 at the age of 53. Jason was born December 05, 1970 to Francis and Llyod Schultz Sr. in Victorville, California. He was the youngest of the family and was greeted by 5 siblings, Llyod Jr., Lelia, Johnny, Glenn, and Darlene. Jason met Crystal in February 1993 in Corcoran, California. They married August 26 1995 in Las Vegas, Nevada at The Little White Wedding Chapel. Jason has 6 children Rani, Samathia and husband Fonso, Jason II and wife Desteni, and Ryan. He has 5 grandchildren who were his whole world. Carter, Jace, Aria, Damon and Jaxson. He moved to Vernal in October of 2018 to be closer to his grandbabies, where he enjoyed spending time with his family. Being a Husband, Father and Papa was his biggest joy in life. He loved family game nights, anything outdoors, and bbq'ing for family, friends, and strangers. He was the kind of man who would take anyone in, give the shirt off his back, or help in any way he could, without a second thought. He loved to spend days at the lake, rides on his bike with his boys, and playing baseball with his grandbabies. He enjoyed taking everyone shooting, and spending the weekends hunting down new scenery with his wife. Jason was always laughing or putting a smile on someone else's face. He cracked jokes, made silly faces and loved with all his being. Jason is survived by the love of his life and wife, Crystal; children, Rani, Samathia (Fonso), Jason II (Desteni) and Ryan; grandchildren, Carter, Jace, Aria, Damon, and Jaxson; mother-in-law, Linda Tussey. He is preceded in death by his Brother Glenn, Brother-in-law Wayne Sr., Father Llyod Sr., Mother Francis, Father-in-law James, and many friends also taken too soon. He will live on in the memories he was a part of, the lessons he taught us and the stories he told. The Man, The Myth, The Legend. Celebration of life for Jason will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 2:00pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. Following the services there will be a gathering at the Holland residence to honor Jason and allow those to share their love with the family.
