John Stewart Beaslin, age 64, passed away on April 2, 2026. He was born on October 30, 1961, in Vernal, Utah, to our parents, John C. Beaslin and Ethel Mae (Sallie) Congdon.

Stewart grew up in Vernal and graduated from Uintah High School in 1980. Even as a young man, he had a strong work ethic. He worked at Highway Husky, The Pop Shoppe and Hatch River Expeditions during high school. Later while attending the University of Utah, he worked at Omni-Lift in Salt Lake, and for many years after, in the oilfields around Vernal. He was always someone who wasn't afraid of hard work.

He had a deep love for the outdoors and simple joys. He cherished hunting, fishing, boating, and snowmobiling. At home, you could almost always find him watching NASCAR races or football on television, often with a smile on his face and a story to tell. In high school, Stewart had a nice truck and the sharpest-looking car around - a beautiful red ' 70 Chevelle SS that he was incredibly proud of. He loved washing it, showing it off, and cruising around town in it. That car was his pride and joy, and it still makes us smile when we think about how much happiness it brought him.

Stewart was preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents, many dear uncles, aunts, and cousins, and his sweet niece.

He is survived by his loving sisters and brother: Stacy (Mike) Crouch of Vernal, Robert (Tatia) Beaslin of Orem, and Christy Durrant, along with six nephews, one niece, two aunts, one uncle, and many cousins who all loved him deeply.

At this time, no formal services will be held. Instead, we ask that you hold Stewart close in your hearts and remember the good times - the laughter, and the quiet moments he shared with each of us.

You will forever be in our hearts until we meet again.
