Julia Wolf, age 68, died May 30, 2013, at her home in Corona, California. She was born April 19, 1945 to Harold and LaRena Abplanalp in Vernal, Utah. Julia was the oldest of their three daughters. Raised in the Vernal area, later making her home in California with her husband, Richard Wolf, along with her three children; Chris, Sarah, and Sharon.

Julia was a devoted wife and mother and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Julia rose above the many challenges of life; she overcame a debilitating automobile accident and was a cancer survivor. Julia enjoyed reading, passionate about genealogy and was a lifelong learner. Along with, being an avid collector of "treasures", interested in current events, and local and national politics. Julia's greatest joy came from her children's personal achievements and attending her grandchildren's school programs or sporting events.

Julia was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and LaRena Abplanalp and sister Linda Smalley. She is survived by her husband Richard Wolf, Corona, California, and children, Chris (Tiffiny) Wolf, Yucaipa, California; Sarah (Pedro) Larios, Fontana, California; and Sharon Wolf, Redlanes, California; and four grandchildren, Dillon, Alleya, Nicole, and Jonah Wolf; and sister, Patty (Jay) Hardinger, Vernal, Utah.

Funeral services will be held at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home 410 North 800 West, Vernal, Thursday, June 6, 2013, at 11:00, with a viewing prior to services, from 09:45-10:45. Interment will be at the Vernal Memorial Park.
