Julie Jensen

Julie M Gardner Jensen, age 64 of Vernal, Utah made her way to heaven on January 18, 2026. Born on December 30, 1961 in Murray, Utah, to Howard and JaNiel Gardner. She passed in her sleep after living a painful battle with an immune blood disease (PNH). That she was diagnosed with in 1998. At the time she was 1 out of 266 cases in the world. Her schooling was in Vernal, Utah, where she graduated from Uintah High School, with top honors as validictorian. She then went on to graduate from Utah State University, with a bachelor's degree in communications, Radio and T.V. and a minored in music. Julie has had the best teachers. She started singing and playing guitar at 7 years old.

Julie Married Daren Jensen and later divorced. Julie could light up any room. Her greatest accomplishment was bringing others to "God". Her love for family and Ashley Valley Calvary Church. Sharing her talents at many events. She organized community events, PRCA Rodeos and local functions.

Julie is survived by mother JaNiel Gardner, sister Beckie Ann Allred- brother in law Rand Allred. 2 sons, CJ and Kaylee Jensen, Cody and Sadie Jensen. 6 grandchildren Neveah, Easton, Mason, Bodie, Sage and one on the way. Special niece Katie Grubaugh-husband Andrew nephews Dean and Clay. Special cousin Beverly Hansen- Keith and Ron Hansen. She is proceeded in death by father Howard M Gardner.

Julie's love for God, family, people, music, hunting, fishing, camping and sports. She was a professoinal cheater at cards. And she could fix anything, modeling at her mom's fashion show's at new car show's in SLC, showing the latest models. She made herself available to anyone in need, with god's loving help. She left this world a better place. As family we wish to thank everyone, for all you have done to help Julie go in peace. Love the Julie Jensen family.

Funeral Services for Julie will be held Friday January 23, 2026 at 11:00am at Ashley Valley Calvary Chapel, (1225 West 500 North). Visitation and viewing for family and friends will be held Thursday from 6:00pm ~ 8:00pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home and Friday from 9:45am ~ 10:45am at the church. Interment in the Vernal Memorial Park under the direction of Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
