Kelly Eugene Stubbs

Kelly Eugene Stubbs passed away on May 23, 2020 at the age of 45. Kelly was born on August 30, 1974 to Mary and Daniel Stubbs in Denver, Colorado. Kelly married Shannon Welch on February 14, 1997 in St George, Utah and later divorced. They shared 6 children: Brandon Stuart, Christofer Kelly, Jessica Allene, Ryan Ritchie, Kyle James, and Kaylee Mary. Kelly loved family and being a father. He worked hard to support his family and also enjoyed spending time with them in many different activities including attending family get-to-gethers, sports--soccer, baseball, and wrestling, camping, fishing, and hunting. He has helped make many lasting memories with all he was associated with. Kelly and his sons could always be depended on to help family and friends in their time of need and with their special projects. He had a giving spirit and a kind heart and will be greatly missed by many. Kelly is survived by his children Brandon, Chris, Ryan, Kyle, and Kaylee Stubbs, parents Daniel and Mary Stubbs, siblings Chet Stubbs and Tasia (Brandon) Roth, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is also survived by the Carter family: Mike, Claudia, Kevin, Kayl, and his close, dear friend Vickie Phillips. Kelly is preceded in death by: his precious daughter Jessica Allene Stubbs, brother Dean D. Stubbs, sister-in-law Dottie Kiss Stubbs, grandparents Howard and Joyce Wiswell, Norma Shaw, Ritchie and Pearl Stubbs, great-grandparents Niles and Jenny Haslem, cousins Matt and Brian Evans, friend/brother Kelly Carter. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00a.m. at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. A viewing will be held Friday evening from 6-8p.m. and Saturday 9:45-10:45a.m. at the mortuary.
