Kenneth Lynn Judd

Kenneth 'Kenny' Lynn Judd, age 66, of Vernal passed away on March 6, 2023. He was born on March 13, 1956 to Frank and Donna (Winward) Judd in Vernal, Utah. Kenny enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler in the mountains, amateur prospecting, and taking his mother for rides in the mountain. Kenny served in the U.S. Army. In his last few years he loved watching football and harassing his nephew Charlie about who won or lost, always loved a good cheeseburger from "McNeals" and countless visits, deliveries, rescues and chats from his beloved niece, Leasha. He is survived by his sisters Pattie Hayes (Clay Stewart and Charles Hayes) and Michelle Rushton (Wade) and numerous nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Frank and Donna Judd, two brothers-in-law, Clay Stewart and Charles Hayes and his "Grammy", Emma Winward. Graveside services for Kenny will be held March 11, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the Vernal Memorial Park. Military Honors by the American Legion Post 11. Services under the direction of the Phillps Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
