Kirby Ross

Kirby Dillon Ross was born October 17, 1953 in Vernal, Utah to Carl Tony Ross and Beverly Dillon Ross. Kirby had a huge heart, he loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed the outdoors and fishing with his brother. He loved music, played the piano and collected too many records, tapes and cds to count. He loved to work on electronics and lawn mowers. He father gave him the nickname Hot Wire because he was always shocking himself. He spent a lot of time collecting antiques, mostly radios and clocks that he would fix. Almost everyone in town knew him. He loved to ride his lawnmower to visit friends and pick-up anything that was needed for the day. Kirby is survived by his brother Doug (Ruth) Ross of Vernal and many nieces and nephews. Kirby is preceded in death by his parents, a brother Carl, sisters: Kathy, Carla andCarma. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 11AM at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 North 800 West). A visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday morning 9:45-10:45AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Vernal Memorial Park. Services have been entrusted to the care of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
