Kurt D Johnson

Kurt D Johnson, of Vernal, UT, passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 44. Born on June 25, 1979, Kurt was the son of Dell and Joyce Johnson of Vernal, UT. Kurt worked in the oil and gas industry, specifically in wireline operations. Kurt enjoyed watching NASCAR, and spending timewith his daughter Paisley. He enjoyed going on ATV rides and camping. Kurt's family includes his precious daughter, Paisley Joyce Blackburn, whom he shared with his former spouse, Rhonda Gurr. His parents, Dell and Joyce, as well as his sisters, Nikki (Byron) Gibson and Neyca (David) Ireland. Kurt also cherished his nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are his beloved grandparents, Grant and Fly Johnson, Bonnie and Larry Oldroyd. A visitation will be held Wednesday, February 21, 2024 from 6:00-8:00PM at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
