Larry Jedd Knight

Larry J. Knight passed away on December 14, 2023 at the age of 90. Larry was born on January 9, 1933 to Sarah and LaVoy Knight in Salina, Utah. Larry married Lyle Massey on June 8, 1954 in Cedar City, Utah. Larry enjoyed horseback riding, farming, telling jokes, working in the temple, and helping others. He was a decorated Army veteran, tire man extraordinaire, and had an insatiable curiosity and work ethic. Larry is survived by his daughter Terry (Kerry) Salberg; son LeVoy Knight; and daughter LaReesa Knight; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Larry is preceded in death by his wife Lyle; parents LeVoy and Sarah; son Layne; daughter Christy; brother David Brad; sister Donna; a granddaughter Mary-Lee; and a great grand daughter Abby. Funeral services for Larry will be held Friday, December 22, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Glines Stake Center (78 S Aggie Boulevard). Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday December 21st from 6-8 pm at the funeral home, and December 22 from 09:45 am to 10:45 am at the Glines Stake Center prior to services. Interment will be in the Rockpoint Cemetery. Services under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
