Lauryn Elizabeth Reynolds

Lauryn Elizabeth Reynolds passed away on December 27, 2022 in a car accident in snowy weather conditions. Lauryn was born January 13, 2002 to Altagrace Dauphin in Port-De-Paix, Haiti. In January of 2004 Lauryn and her twin brother Levi celebrated their 2nd birthday with their forever parents, Brett and Debra Reynolds, enroute to the United States to meet her older brother and sisters. Lauryn was a kind and happy person. Lauryn enjoyed softball and dance. Lauryn always had music blaring, whilesinging even louder. Lauryn loved animals, especially her huge goldendoodle, Buster. You would often find Lauryn holding a dog as big as her like a baby as she watched TV. Lauryn absolutely loved being an aunt to her nieces and nephews and spent most of her final weekend at home holding her newest niece. Lauryn loved all her coworkers at every job she had and thought of all of them as "best friends". Lauryn always put others first and tried to make them feel important and loved. She would always go out of her way to be a friend to anyone, especially those she felt didn't have enough friends. Anywhere you went with Lauryn she would introduce you to her "best friend" and she meant it. She is survived by parents Brett and Debbie Reynolds of Vernal, birth mother Altagrace Dauphin (Dominican Republic). Brother Corbin (Taylor) Reynolds of Vernal. Sister Alexis (Ben) Stephens of Henefer, Utah. Sister Samantha Reynolds of Vernal. Twin brother Lawrence Levi Reynolds of Vernal. Nephews Luke and Drew Reynolds. Nieces Xyah and Della Stephens. Grandparents Kenneth and Annette Reynolds of Vernal, Eugene and Marilyn Manwaring of Centerville, Utah. Great Grandmother Vadrus Wall Roberts (Lowell) of Roosevelt. And many uncles, aunts, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her Uncle Kevin Reynolds, Aunt Andrea Bastian, and cousin Izzie Howcroft. Services will be held January 2, 2023 at 11:00 at Uintah Stake Center (4080 South 2500 East). A visitation for the family and friends will be held Sunday evening from 6-8PM at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home and Monday 9:00-10:45AM at the Church. Interment will be in the Vernal Memorial Park.
