Leeroy Daniel Luna

LeeRoy D. Luna passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at the age of 74 surrounded by his loving family at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo,Utah. LeeRoy was born on May 1,1950 to Phyllis Maria,Luna and Joe Luna in Del Norte, Colorado. LeeRoy Luna married Betty Rodarte on June 13, 1970 in Delta Colorado. LeeRoy loved camping, fishing, gambling,and collecting antique cars, as well as giving people a hard time. He loved his children,grandchildren and great grandchildren but his greatest love was his wife Betty. LeeRoy was an avid car collector and enjoyed working on and fixing up cars. LeeRoy worked as a parts salesman for 50 years, he retired four years ago after doing what he loved the most. He is survived by: His beloved wife Betty, siblings: Joe(Jeanie) Luna, Renee Eaton, Diane (Vincent) Rodarte, Children; Willie(Rendy), Christopher, Angel Hacking (Jeremy), Elizabeth Knight (Korey), and Grandchildren (22): Shawn, Alexis, Shanta, Brittani, Kimberlee, Gage, Levi, Jaylee, Aislyn, Xavier, Miranda, Gabriel, Addyson, Kyler, Rylan, Gracy, Philetta, Taigen,Zoie, Kiera, Kayden, Kory Jr., Great-Grandchildren: (12) Aleijha, Zayauna, Jaxin, Emma, Daisy, Rosaleigh, Bentley, Angel, Talissia, Maverick, Kohen, and Xaxton. He is preceded in death by: His parents Phyllis and Joe. His brother-in-law, Vincent Rodarte, Daughter-in-law Marie Luna, Sister-in-Law's; Jenny Garcia and Josie Romero, as well as many aunts and uncles. A visitation for LeeRoy will be held Friday, March 21, 2024 from 6:00pm ~ 8:00pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. Interment will take place at a later date.
