Linda Frances Smithey

Heavenly Father called Linda Frances Smithey home August 8, 2019. Linda Frances Smithey was born to Claude Andrew Smithey and Frances Dorethea Moren April 28, 1945 in California. Linda had lived in several states during her life but declared Vernal, Utah her home in 1989. Linda is preceded in death by her mother Dorethea and father Claude Smithey. She is also survived by brothers, Larry (Sharon), Claude Smithey (Peirce, Colorado), Lynn Delbert Smithey (Greeley, Colorado), sister, Lois Owens (Montrose), and three daughters, Michelle Davis, Tracy Hamilton, and Niki Jean Hamilton, all of Vernal, Utah. As well as her grandkids, Tarrah Gaines (Salt Lake, Utah), Tiffany, Gabby, Dellanie, and Jerimiah (children of Niki), Justin Cossell Richardson (child of Tracy), and eight great grandchildren. Linda was a feisty gal, she always had a funny story to tell. She enjoyed visiting and meeting new people. She loved to cook, bake, and spend time with her family and grandkids. She always had a kind word to say and funny quotes about life. She will be greatly missed. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 4PM at 8250 S. Redwash Rd, Jensen, Utah.
