Lochlan Hazel Marshall age 1, of Vernal, passed away on December 7, 2021. He was born on December 4, 2020. Our little bubbles, you were the sweetest boy. His love for dinosaurs and monster trucks brought smiles to so many faces. Lochlan, your giggles and raspberries will forever rest in the hearts of everyone that met you. His time here may have been short, but it changed so many lives. To the Loc of my heart, may you rest peacefully with your grandpa. You will be missed dearly. - Love Dad
