Lynette (Richardson) Clegg

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Lynette Richardson Clegg passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 7th, 2022. Born April 13, 1957 to Raymond and Lulu Richardson of Salt Lake City, Utah. Where she lived with her siblings. She followed her passion of helping others, with a Master's in Psychology and working with the local youth community. Lynette married Richard L Clegg on June 20th 1981. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Vernal Temple. Lynette became an instant mom of four children and in 1983 She and her husband welcomed their son Ryan. Lynette adored her children and was very proud of them, and felt blessed that she had fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren Lynette is survived by her loving husband Richard L. Clegg of Vernal, Utah; Son Ryan (Judy) Clegg of Vernal, Utah; Richard (Brandy) Clegg also of Vernal, Utah; Jeff (Johnnie) Clegg, of West Jordan, Utah; Julie (Jason) Maintze of St. Petersburg Florida and Jenny (Chris) of South Jordan, Utah She is preceded in death by her (father) Raymond Richardson, (mother) Lulu Richardson Stewart, (stepfather) Vaughn Stewart, (sister) LueRae Burr, (niece) Tira J McClafin and (great nephew) Terrell Ziegler. She was very loved and will be greatly missed by many. Funeral Services for Lynette will be held Saturday October 15, 2022 at the Naples LDS Chapel (2313 South 1500 East) at 11:00am. Visitation for family and friend will be held Friday from 6:00pm ~ 8:00pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home, and from 9:45am ~ 10:45am at the church.
