Mark Alan Karren

Mark Alan Karren passed away on December 23, 2021 at the age of 62. Mark was born on March 5, 1959 to Lawella Nielson and Dave Karren in Vernal, Utah. Mark married Shauna Olson on April 6, 1990 in Vernal, Utah. Mark enjoyed anything to do with the outdoors. He was an avid and successful horseman. He had true passion for horses and spent much of his time working with them. He is survived by his mother, Lawella Nielson, his brother Robert (Bob) Nielson, his son and daughter-in-law Travis and Jennie Karren and his two grandchildren, Liam and Jacquelynn Karren. He is preceded in death by his father, Dave Karren, and his wife Shawn (Olsen) Karren. A private family service will be held at a later date with burial in the Vernal Memorial Park.
