Nathan Michael Carter

Nathan Michael Carter was born and passed away on April 2, 2025. He was born to Jessica (Caldwell) and Michael Carter in Roosevelt, Utah. He is survived by his parents Michael and Jessica, sisters Janessa and Charlotte, along with numerous extended family members. He is preceded in death by his cousin, James Holmes, and his aunt, Janessa Caldwell. From very early on, Nathan let his mom and dad know how happy he was to be with them. His mother felt his kicks starting around 16 to 18 weeks of pregnancy. He was very aware of his surroundings, and he loved when Mom would shower or eat lots of sugar. He seemed to know whenever Mom would wake up in the morning even if she was still laying in bed. He seemed to say good morning and goodnight with frequent movements first thing in the morning and last thing at night. He also let Dad feel him move as well, and his sisters loved to give him hugs and kisses and talked to him. According to his big sister, Janessa, his favorite color is orange. Nathan always brought a smile to his parents' and sisters' faces just knowing he was with them and happy. He had a strong heart full of love for life and his family. We are all looking forward to being with sweet baby brother Nathan again. A private family graveside service will take place next week with interment in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery.
