Listen to Obituary

Pamela Sue Baker Wilkins, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on October 26, 2025, at the age of 68. Pam was born on September 15, 1957, in Vernal, Utah, to Aubrey Elmer Baker and Mary Frances Meek Baker.

Pam graduated from Uintah High School in 1976 where she had many friends that she loved and stayed in contact with still today. She then went on to attend Provo Technical College. Pam married the love of her life, Brett Mann Wilkins, on September 11, 1976, in Vernal, Utah. They were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on September 14, 1977.

Pam was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on January 4, 1975, and faithfully served throughout her life in the Relief Society, Primary and Young Women's Programs. Currently she was serving a service mission for the church with her husband and loved having this opportunity. Her life was a beautiful example of love, service, and dedication to her Savior Jesus Christ and all those that had the opportunity to serve alongside her or be served by her.

She was known for her hard work and commitment to everything she did. She worked for many years in the health care industry at Ashley Regional Hospital and Tri County Health. Later on, alongside Brett, she helped run the family tram business, ensuring that everything ran smoothly with her characteristic care and attention to detail. Pam loved to travel, decorate for the holidays, and carry on meaningful family traditions. She took special joy in attending her children's and grandchildren's sporting and dance events, always their loudest and proudest supporter in the stands.

Her greatest joy in life was her family. She is survived by her beloved husband, Brett Wilkins; her children, Lesha (Bret) Coltharp, Blake (Sylvia), and Brandon (Alicia); her adored grandchildren, Carson (Ashley), Lexi, Beckam, Brogan, Dace, Brodie, Bailey, and Jazzy. Her sister Cindy (Danny) Mortensen and brother Ronald Baker, Sister in law Kathleen (Randy) Gray, Todd (Jill) Wilkins, Mike (Brenda) Wilkins, as well as many nieces and nephews that she loved very much.

Pam was preceded in death by her loving parents, Aubrey and Mary Baker, Father in law Wayne Wilkins, Mother in law Jackie Wilkins and Sister in law Trena Baker.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 12pm, at the Naples Chapel, located at 2313 south 1500 east in Vernal, Utah. A viewing for family and friends will be held on Friday, October 31st, from 6-8pm at Ashley Valley Funeral Home and again Saturday morning at the Chapel from 1030-1145am.

Pam's life was filled with love, laughter, and service. Her warmth and spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
