Patrick Cody Mccormick

Cody was born on November 3, 1968 to Patricia and Reid McCormick in Salt Lake City. Cody enjoyed operating and working on all kinds of equipment and took pride in everything he did. He loved fishing, camping and spending time with his children making memories at get togethers and family functions. Cody is survived by his children: K.C. (Tiffany) McCormick of Vernal, UT, Preston (Kortnie) McCormick of Roosevelt, UT, Dillon (Cassie) McCormick of Vernal UT, Kalie (Levi) Garcia of Vernal, UT; brothers: Shay McCormick of Fruita, CO, Dusty (RayLynn) McCormick of Vernal, UT, Sage (Becky) McCormick of Tooele, UT; and 14 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother Patricia McCormick, father Reid McCormick, brother Tom McCormick and grandparents. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 North 800 West). A viewing for family and friends will be held Wednesday 9:45-10:45a.m. at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Rockpoint Cemetery.
