Richard Dale Harvey Jr., age 74, husband of Diane Harvey, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024. A family graveside for Richard will take place in the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Reno, NV with Military Honors by the United States Navy. Arrangements under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. A full obituary will be posted soon, please check back.
