Ronald James TholeJanuary 6, 1931 ~ January 8, 2018Ronald James Thole, age 87, of Vernal, Utah passed away January 8, 2018. He was born January 6, 1931 in Wayne, Michigan to Leo and Ethel Brady Thole.Dad always wanted to make people laugh and they did when around dad. He had a great sense of humor. The one common thread through all the comments I received on social media about dad was, "He always made me laugh."He loved his family, watching sports, playing golf, traveling, and dancing with Louise. He really enjoyed big band music and if there was room to dance and you happened to be within reach, you'd be dancing with him. We will all miss him so much. We love you dad.Ronald James Thole is survived by his son Wayne, daughter Rhonda, and daughter-in-law Julie. His grandchildren Chad, Autumn, Allyson, Kyle and Trevor. Their spouses Lindsay, Micah and Dean, his great grandchildren Liam and Rhys. Also survived by Louise, step-son Darrell, step-daughter Teresa, their spouses Colleen and Chuck; step-grandchilden Douglas, Denise, Dwayne, Travis, and D.J. Their spouses Tiffanie, Stacey, Molly, and Melanie. Step-great grandchildren Triston, Donavon, Peggy, Claire, Kayla, Gavin, Brooklyn, Easton, Paizlee, Carter, Kenny, Madison, Mackinzie, and Austin.Services will be held later in the month.
