A brave soul, a firecracker of a woman, and the heart of her family, Rosie lived life with boldness, laughter, and love. She spent 20 years with the Division of Wildlife - happiest outdoors, whether camping, fishing, or "shocking the water" with her team.
Known for her quick wit, a song for every occasion, and a laugh that could light up any room, Rosie was a "small but mighty" force of nature. Her greatest joy was her family - her children, grandchildren, and dear friends - all of whom she nurtured like the flowers in her thriving garden.
Rosie loved Jesus deeply and found peace in her faith. We take comfort knowing she's had a joyful homecoming, reunited with her parents, Chalmer (CT) and Betty Lou Lewellen; her sister, Velma (Vail) Kay Schisler; and her best friend, Wanda.
She is survived by her children, Clint, Louann, and Coty, as well as many beloved grandchildren, siblings, cousins, and friends who will carry her memory forward with love.
