Ruben Valdez, a beloved son, friend, and creative spirit, passed away on November 4, 2025, at the age of 28. Born on October 10, 1997, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Ruben was a vibrant soul whose light touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Ruben is remembered for his infectious laughter, his boundless creativity, and his generous heart. He found joy in life's simple pleasures-drawing with pencil, playing with Legos, and skillfully photo editing. A talented gamer with a quick wit, he delighted in teasing those he cared for, embodying the essence of fun and friendship. Whether he was bringing friends together for a lively gathering or sharing moments with his beloved animals, Ruben was not just the life of the party; he was, in every essence, the party itself.

Ruben is survived by his devoted mother, Yvette Valdez. He leaves behind cherished relatives: Jesus Garcia, Amalia Valdez, Tabitha Valdez, Marisol Luna, Lilia Luna, Ellie Serawop, Jaden Serawop, Lena Garcia, Leeloo Garcia, and his furry companion, Stella. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jesus Valdez, and his beloved fur baby, Brownie.
