Sandra Rae Nielson, age 64 of Vernal, wife of Elliotte Nielson, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at her home.
Visitation for Sandra will be held Sunday, November 9th from 6:00pm ~ 8:00pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. Following the visitaition, per Sandra's wishes she will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held later this month.
